Broker's Comments

An exceptionally well presented Maxum 2700 SCR 6 berth Sport cruiser.
The generous cockpit area has seating for 6 and the large aft bathing platform makes for easy and safe access via the transom gate.
The interior/saloon area is very dry and, with the double berth under the cockpit sole, she offers 6 berths in total - the berth in the fore peak is a good size double.
She also benefits from having several recent upgrades including:
New Cockpit Upholstery 2019
Bow Thruster 2020
Canopy 2019 (Spare winter canopy included)
Windlass 2020
Batteries 2020
New induction hob 2020
Engine proffesionally serviced Sept 2020
New Calorifier and immersion heater 2018
She has a BSC until 2023 and is Broads licenced until March 2022
She is a very "dry" boat with no signs of water ingress.
