Broker's Comments

This 70 foot Narrow boat dates from 1989 and was made by Hesford Marine. She has been ashore now for the last 4 years and was fully stripped out to be re-fitted to the new owner's style. She was sold three months ago to the current owners who have started the fitout and have already fitted the ballast and laid a new floor and installed insulation and battens with a stock of insulation not yet fitted being included in the sale.

The layout they were working on is all marked up on the floor and would serve as a blueprint for the new owner. They had great plans for a dream fitout but are now expecting a new arrival.

The lister 4 engine was fully serviced by the boat yard whilst ashore. She has solar panels and a single battery but the working condition of these will also need to be checked. She was fully sanded and repainted 3 years ago by the previous owner. She offers a good opportunity to acquire a large narrow boat ready to refit and complete. She is offered as a project and should be viewed and inspected as such.
