Broker's Comments
This boat defines classic not only in that she was purpose built for an architect, but the fact that she remains in excellent condition and is accompanied by original Lloyds registry paperwork, original plans and specification and much more interesting history.
We get to see a fair number of wooden broads cruisers but this one will take some beating in terms of the completeness of her history but also her excellent condition. The hull is constructed from teak both above and below the waterline. The boat was out of the water over the winter of 2007/08 and during this time the boat planking has been inspected and the hull repainted and transom varnished. The engine was fully serviced in Spring 2009.
