This is a very well presented Powells 40 , all prepared the new season!
Ideal as a liveaboard or for extended cruising on inland waterways. A credit to the current owners who have maintained her and kept her in superb condition!
The aft heads have been removed but the plumbing is still there ready for a new one to be fitted. A huge aft galley that benefits a full size fridge freezer and also a washing machine plus tumble dryer!!
The sliding roof over the cockpit/lounge enables fair weather cruising on those hot summer days. The forward cabin boasts a double island style bed and a very large en-Suite with an electric flush toilet.
There is a current BSS until 05/10/2025!
This is a "Must see" to fully appreciate the condition and space!
