A rare opportunity to purchase a Powles 35 Clipper which has been modified and is an established liveaboard. The owner is also prepared to offer a fully paid to April 2013 liveaboard mooring (subject to agreed final price).
Boasting a range of features to make living onboard as comfortable as possible, including 10kw Webasto wet system to three radiators and 2kw portable generator.
Offering sleeping arrangements in three cabins, but currently used with one double aft, a separate sitting/occasional sleeping area and roomy saloon.
With a well appointed galley, full winter cover for the forward well and internal LED lights throughout she would be ideal for all round cruising or living aboard.
