Broker's Comments
Here we have a very tidy example of the ever popular Princess 25 Grp cruiser. This particular example appears to be in good overall condition and has her broads toll paid to April 2022 and a valid Boat Safety Certificate to September 2024. She is presented in good order and her regularly serviced engine starts and runs very well. She had a new Bailey & Stone canopy fitted last year. She is a spacious and comfortable boat from one of the leading boat builders this country has to offer. These are popular first boats as they offer great accommodation space and yet are compact enough to not be over challenging to handle. This particular example has good upholstery throughout and has the added benefit of pressurised hot water too. If you are looking for a first family boat that can sleep a family of 4 and get on the river for holidays and weekends at a reasonable cost then this boat will be for you. She will not disappoint her new owner. The current owner of 3 years is only selling as he has not been able to use the boat much due to growing work commitments and so she is up for sale. The owner will give her an external clean in the next week as at the time of taking the pictures she had been sitting for some time unused.
This boat comes with a good amount of documented history and bills detailing her maintenance which shows she has had several diligent owners. These boats are always very popular and this very nice example is sure to sell quickly, as she represents excellent value for money.
