This GRP constructed Project 31 has been totally re-fitted internally and in the cockpit area. She benefits from many new additions and all her internal and cockpit cushions have been replaced over the last year. The accomodation on this craft consists of 2 single berths in the forward cabin, the saloon converts to a nice double and the second double is achieved with use of the sunlounger in the cockpit under the cover of the canopy.

Stepping aboard this Project 31 the first thing noticable is the re trim in the cockpit area. She has a large sunlounger/Double berth in the aft of the cockpit. The helm and navigator seats are in very good order. Stepping into the saloon area you can easily see the amount of time the current owner has spent updating this craft. This is a nicely fitted out vessel and will bring a new owner many days of cruising pleasure. This boat has been viewed and photographed by Paul of Boatshed Norfolk.
