Broker's Comments
The Shetland 27 just exudes quality. The fit out and finish would not disgrace a motor yacht that is twice the size. This particular craft is Shetlands own demonstration boat. She has attended various boat shows and has been used for some on-water demonstrations. The engine has been run for 8.1 hours. Every thing on the craft is as new. The beds have not been slept in, the toilet is still wrapped and the fridge is waiting for the first bottle of tonic. The extras that have been factory fitted, teak decking, sea toilet with macerator pump and holding tank and hot air heating throughout including the cockpit, mean that she would normally sell for over £62,000. This craft represents a serious saving on the new cost, as well as avoiding the wait.
