A reluctant sale due to forthcoming lack of use! NOW REDUCED!
This turnkey Windboat Tradewind 35 is from a very succsessful stable of ferro-cement hull builders and is very popular in Europe, New Zealand and Australia also the USA and not to be confused with a concrete hull!

This boat comes with a mooring that has all the required facilities such as water, electricity, fuel, pump out, toilets and a resident marine engineer and is paid for until April 1st 2023!! A recently fitted reconditioned gearbox and a BSC until 2026.

Early viewing is recommended!

Hi Roy,
As mentioned, a new owner does not need to pay anymore until the renewal date 1st April 2023!
The marina owner is usually quite happy to allow a new owner to keep the mooring on purchase of the boat, subject to a discussion with the owner.

It ia my understanding that the current owners pay £1500.00 for the current period, 1st April 2022/31st March2023.
