Broker's Comments

Very good example of these popular Dutch sailing boats powered by a 2 cylinder Farymann Diesel engine and offering up to 7 berths in 2 cabins. The interior is very clean and dry and is very tastefully appointed.
She has a full history, manuals and receipts and the last engine service was carried out in 2022.
She has had a full re paint and varnish work along with the coachroof which was re caulked and re sealed with coolan (flexible varnish).
Whilst out of the water new anodes were fitted. New metal supports for leeboards and cockpit access floor panels to engine room have been completely renewed along with the framework.

The sails have had very little use as has the stainless steel rigging.

The current owners have not sailed her but used her as a cruiser. She has Dacron Brown sails. The Boom and rigging etc are dry stored at the marina workshop.

There is a set of matching soft furnishings (cushions and curtains).

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Vendor is keen to sell so Offers on the asking price may be considered.
